The game emphasizes on a Player Killing environment. Players can track up to 50 players that had previously killed them by a button on the interface called the Hit List.  PvP PvP is a major part of Rohan: Blood Feud. Once players reach level 30, they gain the ability to attack other players for gain of riches and experience. They will also be susceptible to the same. PvP battles include 1-on-1 fights, guild battles, and township battles. PK will not be an option until the player reaches level 30. Characters in game have a hit list to refer to. Player Killers are listed and the player can teleport to them. Previous 50 killers of the player are listed. Besides the above mentioned PvP methods, Dhans and Dekans have the ability "Persona Switch" to change from a standard character with negative consequences for killing others, to a character whose prime objective is to kill others with resulting rewards. They become "player-controlled monsters" who are anonymous killers preying on other players for experience. To other players, they look just like another monster. However, because they are player-controlled they are smarter, tougher, and unpredictable. These players cannot party with others or join quests, but they cannot be identified by their victims for revenge. They also receive triple the experience for killing others, to counteract the fact that they cannot join quests or parties. Players who manage to slay one of these creatures will also receive benefits.  Township Battles In the game, players can wage civil wars with the ruling guild in town. Winning guild of Township Battles gets to govern the town and set taxes for everyone utilizing the town for one week. Winning guilds receive currency, mounts, special badges, etc. The town NPCs and patrols will bear the name of the winning guild for the entire week as well.  Classes There are six character classes in the game. Human (Knight) - Created by the God Hand, humans are perfectly suited for the role of knight. Being a tank by absorbing enemy damage to keep fellow players alive portrays the actions of a human in this game. These brute warriors seem to be in the center of battles due to their incredible defense and their determination to fight for what they believe in. This could be why humans are one of the races in the round table. Elf (Healer) - Proficient and gentle souled, elves are your center source of recovery, defense and vitality in Rohan. Especially in parties, elves assists party members with healing and protection. But don't be fooled, a fury of ranged magic attacks can be unleashed when alone. These elves are one of the three races in the peace assured round table. Half Elf (Archer) - These masters of bow/crossbows are the offspring of both humans and elves. From being shunned by their forefathers, half elves or halflings, resorted in forests where they became the ultimate hunters. Able to be used in parties or solo, this race's accuracy is unmatched. Using magic in some of their attacks, half elves eventually joined the peace assured round table and accepted by the humans and elves. Dhan (Assassin) - First lead by the prophet Haillok, Dhans, one of six races in the game, are a unique and special breed. They can choose to become anonymous killers who prey on other players for experience, this is called the assassination mode. However, they cannot party with others or join quests while in this mode, nor can they be identified by their victims for revenge. Dhans are renegade assassins that generally operate alone, and will kill at every opportunity. Dekan (Dragon Fighter) - Originally stationed at the borders of the countries by Ohn to prevent any cultures from blending, the Dekans defy nature. Clashing with Dhans in the Bahran islands, made the Dekans mass their strength and increase their power. Usually fighting alone, the Dekan race may transform into a dragon, use a blood sucking ability or attack large area's of land, Dekans are found to be a lone powerhouse. Dark Elf (Mage) - Mysterious and cautious about their self-defense, Dark Elves use a series of powerful magic attacks. Not much is known about the dark elves but their transportation and weakening powers are well known around Rohan. Excelling in group battles, Dark elves have the ability to kill an enemy before it reach's them. Although not much is known, Dark elves have a strong despise for the human and elf race. This races main goal seems to be to drive the elves and humans out of their land. Controls In the Japan version of Rohan, point-and-click is the only way to move, in the international version you can move with both point-and-click and WASD.  Pets Pets in the game do not fight. However, they aid players in battle by boosting abilities. Pets can level up after being fed a certain amount, this will boost the specific pets abilities. A pet can get to level 3, but no higher. A pet can die in Rohan due to negligence and can only be revived by a cash shop item. A pet can be bought from either the pet merchant in any major town, or from cash shop.  Ingame Pets Bear - The Bear will boost the users health points. The higher the level of the Bear, the greater amount of health points. Cat - The Cat increases the users speed. The higher the level of the Cat, the greater the speed increase. Rabbit - The Rabbit allows a player to teleport. The Rabbit can save a location for the user to teleport back to. The higher the level of the Rabbit, the longer it can sustain the saved teleport spot.  Cashshop Pets Hawk - The Hawk will increase the users attack speed. The higher the level of the Hawk, the greater the attack speed increase. Dragon - The Dragon will act as an additional attacker every so many seconds and based on the users attack speed and damage. The higher the level of the Dragon, the greater increase in damage. Monkey - The Monkey will obtain loot for the player and his or her party members. The Monkey can obtain different items, the player will have to set the genre of items he wishes the Monkey to pick up. As the Monkey's level grows, so can the number of different genres of items he can obtain. Jaguar - The Jaguar increases the players critical %, the higher the level of the Jaguar the greater the critical % increase. Duck - The Duck is different from the other Cash Shop pets in that it requires the player to buy Mock Duck portal scrolls from the Cash Shop. These scrolls, once used at the Mock Dock Springs NPC located North of Varvylon, teleport you to the Mock Duck dungeon. Here the player must complete quests to gain Mock Duck pouches. The pouches give a chance of obtaining the Mock Duck or other items. The Duck increases all the player's main stats by a numerical value that increases by 5 points each time it levels.  Mounts Players can obtain mounts to travel faster within the game world. Each race in the game has its own type of mount; these include dragons, reptiles, wolves, horses, spiders, and unicorns. Players can obtain their first mount, which gives a 25% speed increase, at level 30, with faster mounts becoming usable at levels 50 and 80. Cash shop mounts are now purchasable and are usable at level 30. They have the same movement speed % as the level 70 mounts. There is another Cash Shop mount recently added to the item mall that gives the player 100% Mobility at Lv30. Prices for Cash Shop mounts have been dropped in a recent patch.

MANILA, Philippines — It may sound like the fabled land of the Rohirrim in J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings Trilogy. Rohan Online, however, is not related to it but it does have the same elements of medieval fantasy. Rohan Online is the latest massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that game publisher Level Up! Online is introducing in the Philippines. The game is similar to most hack-and-slash online games and features six character classes, the Humans, Elves, Half Elves, Dhans, Dekans, Dark Elf. There are also male and female models for each class. Each of the classes have unique roles and attributes, some are close quarter combatants, some are long range fighters, while others are more balanced types. These character classes also own unique weapons and items. Some can wield two-handed weapons like the Human Knight. The Elf Archer for example can use bows more efficiently than the rest of the characters, while the Dhan Assasins can use stealth weapons to kill enemies quietly. Another unique feature of Rohan Online is its “Forge” wherein items of the same type can be forged together to bring out a more powerful weapon. However, the Forge feature also has a success and failure rate so players have to be aware what item they expect to create when forging. But the most unique feature of the game is “Revenge.” Unlike in most MMORPGs where low-level players are beaten during player-versus-player fights, Rohan Online’s Revenge system allows “losers” in PvPs (player versus player) to take revenge against their antagonists once they have increased their levels. They could even bring their entire party to strike back at the opponent. Revenge is indicated as an icon in the interface of the game showing the name of the person who beats the character. Once the player decides to take on the antagonist, the player clicks on the icon and is automatically teleported to the area of the opponent. Think of it as “resbak” in an online environment. Level Up! Philippines has not announced when the game will be made available. However, more information can be received from Rohan Online’s official international site.
